Organic Clove Bud Essential Oil is a warming and energizing essential oil that can help reduce mental fatigue, improve clarity, help maintain alertness and support healthy digestion. Clove Oil is often used within a number of personal care, wellness and dental applications, and we encourage you to research the numerous benefits of this helpful oil. It does pose a higher risk of skin sensitization and we encourage heeding IFRA and Tisserand/Young's maximum 0.5% dermal limit for the oil for leave-on skin formulations. Organic Clove Bud Essential Oil is wonderful to use year-round, but it is especially lovely for seasonal use during the Autumn and Winter seasons. It wonderful for use in home fragrancing, diffusion and potpourri blends. It is also considered to be an aphrodisiac. Organic Clove Bud Essential Oil blends especially well with essential oils in the wood, spice, citrus, floral and herbaceous families. It can be helpful in helping to improve the aroma of blends and formulations that have a "medicinal" or unpleasant scent to them. For topical formulations intended for adults, Essential Oil Safety Edition 2 by Robert Tisserand and Rodney Young recommend a dermal maximum of 0.5% for Organic Clove Bud E

More evidence needed for this report
What the evidence tells you
1 report connected; 1 directly linked by the supplier. Read the evidence before comparing chemistry.
1 source document archived
The downloaded source document is preserved with its content fingerprint, so later changes do not overwrite the evidence. Archiving alone does not establish its report type or quantitative validity.
Report linked from the product page
The supplier connects this product to the report. Confirm the batch on the bottle before applying these figures to a purchase.
Chemical extraction needs review
Automatically extracted figures are visible for inspection. They are excluded from historical anomaly conclusions until the extraction is reviewed.
Comparison context is incomplete
Missing or unconfirmed: plant part, extraction method, origin, percentage basis. Unknown values are not assumed to match known values.
Repeated constituent identity needs checking
More than one extracted row identifies the same constituent. Its percentage is withheld from the comparison until the source rows are resolved.
Source extraction has review notes
Additional source extraction notes require review against the original document. The percentage measurement basis requires confirmation. The source includes reproduction restrictions; the archived original remains private.
Not enough comparable history to assess differences
A range requires at least three earlier, reviewed original reports with the same botanical, chemotype, origin, plant part, extraction, analysis method, percentage basis and storage context. Missing and trace values are never replaced with zero.
