Hydrodistilled in traditional copper stills which have been utilized for millennia. Rare Ruh Khus is known as “Green Vetiver,”€ acquiring its name from its final greenish color which comes from being distilled in copper. Our is a lovely olive green. It is sometimes known as “Wild Vetiver.”€ Be forewarned, if you do not like Vetiver, do not pass go, do not proceed—we guarantee you will not like Ruh Khus, unless it is a miracle. On the other hand, if you love Vetiver, Ruh Khus is Vetiver for the true connoisseur and must be experienced! Marge poetically refers to it as “€œthe soul of Vetiver.” Aromatically intense, complex, earthy, hearty, deep, and lush with increased layers of complexity upon dry down. What makes the wild-growing Ruh Khus so different from its cultivated counterpart? Well, for one, it is found mainly in Northern India and rarely in other areas of the world where cultivated Vetiver is most often grown such as Haiti or Sri Lanka. According to Christopher McMahon, botanists describe it as the “seedy” vetiver because it can spread its population through seeds as opposed to the cultivated variety of vetiver which must be propagated by division. Quite unique! Like our cultivated Vetiver, emotionally it is very grounding and balancing; physically it is said to help reduce anxiety with a mildly sedating effect. In use since ancient times in India and Southeast Asia, where it is known as, “The Oil of Tranquility.” Certificate of Analysis: Batch No. NI-58544 Batch No. IN-58646 Batch No. IN-58696 Batch No. IN-59150 Batch No. IN-59369 Batch No. IN-59463 (Current Batch 5ml and 15 ml batch) Batch No. IN-59490 (Current 2 ml and bulk size batch) BLENDS WELL WITH: Agarwood (OUD), Rose, Cistus, Labdanum, Orange, Patchouli, Petitgrain, Bergamot, Neroli, Sandalwood, Elemi, and Jasmine. Vetiveria zizanioides, steam-distilled from wild harvested roots, North India. – “Green Vetiver” or “Wild Vetiver” – “the soul of vetiver” – grounding and balancing – reduce anxiety with mildly sedating effect

Evidence gap

Original analytical report status needs confirmation

These source documents are saved, but their status as original laboratory reports is unconfirmed or they are publisher summaries. They remain outside historical anomaly conclusions.

Evidence gap

Chemical extraction needs review

Automatically extracted figures are visible for inspection. They are excluded from historical anomaly conclusions until the extraction is reviewed.

Evidence gap

Comparison context is incomplete

Missing or unconfirmed: plant part, extraction method, origin, analysis method, batch, exact analysis date. Unknown values are not assumed to match known values.

Evidence gap

Numerical comparison is not supported for this report

The source extraction identifies mixed or multiple assays. A single comparable measurement series has not been established.

Evidence gap

Repeated constituent identity needs checking

More than one extracted row identifies the same constituent. Its percentage is withheld from the comparison until the source rows are resolved.

Investigate

Extracted percentages exceed 100%

The quantified total is 114.39%. Check for repeated peaks, mixed tables, or a transcription problem before using these values.

Evidence gap

Source extraction has review notes

Some source peak rows could not be fully verified or quantified. Multiple assay columns or mixed tables require separate review. The source includes reproduction restrictions; the archived original remains private. Some source peaks overlap or combine constituents; independent percentages may not be available. Additional source extraction notes require review against the original document.

Not enough comparable history to assess differences

A range requires at least three earlier, reviewed original reports with the same botanical, chemotype, origin, plant part, extraction, analysis method, percentage basis and storage context. Missing and trace values are never replaced with zero.
