Fresh, citrusy, and sensual, petitgrain (bigarade) essential oil blends the familiar with a touch of the exotic. Its mild scent can relax the entire system, and is popular in natural perfumes and colognes. There are different varieties of petitgrain. “Bigarade” means the oil is produced from the bitter orange tree (which also produces neroli oil in its flowers, and bitter orange oil in the fruit rinds). Our certified organic petitgrain (bigarade) essential oil is steam distilled from the dark green leaves of bitter orange trees in Egypt.
